Líder de Producción MPVS TA – Temporal (1 año)

About the role

The company is seeking a temporary Production Leader for the MPVS TA line for a one‑year contract. The role is based on‑site in a clean‑room environment and focuses on ensuring smooth production flow, quality compliance, and timely delivery of medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all raw materials required for the work order are present.
• Manage the expected production flow, including parameters, machinery, personnel, materials, and documentation.
• Ensure correct processing of work orders for the assigned production lines.
• Report production targets, complete required forms, and update daily production entries.
• Close DHRs when appropriate and review documentation for legibility, traceability, and validity.
• Inform the production supervisor of progress, plan adherence, and any quality issues.
• Identify equipment problems, coordinate repairs, and confirm equipment calibration.
• Track training and certification status of personnel.
• Assist with weekly planning, capacity calculations, and support Tier 0‑2 huddles.
• Maintain effective communication with technicians, quality inspectors, and other shift leaders.
• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices, conduct raw‑material cycle counts, and enforce occupational health and safety standards.
• Keep the Performance Board updated and ensure cleanliness, order, and discipline on the floor.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller en educación media).
• At least 1 year of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in clean production rooms.
• Technical background in production or quality is desirable.
• Knowledge of ISO‑FDA audits is a plus.
• Experience with process transfer is a plus.
• Basic English (A1) and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
