Leasing Professional – Alta Piney Creek

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Alta Piney Creek community. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention targets while delivering a high‑quality leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to resolve any issues, and maintain move‑in ready conditions.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
• Knowledge of lease documentation, credit screening, and background check processes.
