Learning Experience Developer (Level IV)

About the role

The Learning Experience Developer (Level IV) designs, builds, and evaluates training solutions that support organizational performance. You will act as a trusted learning resource, translating instructional designs into engaging, accessible, and technically sound eLearning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and assess training plans and programs aligned with departmental objectives.
• Conduct training needs assessments, create storyboards, and produce interactive learning content for adult learners.
• Apply instructional frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM to ensure systematic design.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify gaps and optimize learning solutions.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external partners, providing expertise and feedback.
• Measure program effectiveness and recommend modifications as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum six years of experience in HR, business operations, or a related field.
• At least three years of professional experience developing eLearning, web‑based training, instructional videos, and learning materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple development tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
