Lead Generation Specialist (Remote, Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our fast‑growing SaaS client. Working remotely on a long‑term contract, you will build high‑quality prospect lists and assist with outbound campaigns using LinkedIn and proprietary tools.

Key responsibilities

• Generate highly targeted lead lists based on client Ideal Customer Profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and internal prospecting platforms.
• Analyze LinkedIn profiles, posts, and engagement signals to improve lead quality and maintain clean, organized data.
• Support outreach campaign setup, test messaging sequences, and monitor performance for data‑driven optimisation.
• Occasionally assist with LinkedIn content scheduling and contribute ideas for outbound and social campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven background in lead generation, prospecting, or outbound outreach workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with data.
• Self‑starter able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
