Junior Workplace Architect

About the role

As a Junior Architect at Gensler you will actively participate in all phases of the design process, bringing innovative thinking and real‑world technical solutions to new design challenges. You will work in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment that values open communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the design and delivery of architectural and technical aspects of projects.
• Apply knowledge of architectural design principles, technical details, codes, and material characteristics.
• Produce architectural drawings and documentation.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Architecture.
• 3 years of experience in an architectural practice, including at least 1 year on interiors.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, construction methods, and structural systems.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and emotional intelligence.
