Junior Production Supervisor – Shift A

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Production Supervisor for Shift A to lead the floor team, manage resources, and ensure key performance indicators are met. You will coordinate staff assignments, monitor production flow, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign employees to production stations and monitor output at each stage.
• Plan, schedule, and track production targets, reporting shift summaries.
• Coach and develop team members, creating training and development plans.
• Maintain workflow by setting process variables, observing checkpoints, and correcting faults.
• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices, quality standards, and safety policies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance with facilities and maintenance teams.
• Collect, analyze, and present production performance data.
• Develop and improve reporting procedures, record‑keeping, and budgeting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, materials, industrial, or related).
• 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong leadership, urgency, and results‑orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate teams.
