Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Multimedia Graphic Designer will support the marketing department, working closely with the senior graphic designer and marketing manager to create a wide range of print and digital assets, video content, and website visuals that align with the company’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials such as presentations, social media graphics, case studies, infographics, and videos.
• Support the website team by creating and optimizing visual assets, graphics, and page layouts.
• Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting competing deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Content Team to develop video strategies, oversee production, editing, animation, and distribution across digital channels.
• Perform professional image and video retouching, colour correction, and enhancement.
• Leverage graphic design, video production, and AI‑powered tools to improve efficiency and asset quality.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, communications, and other internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate marketing department, creative agency, or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print advertising, digital design, editorial layout, branding, multimedia campaigns, and video production.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines while adhering to brand guidelines.
