Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

The Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer supports improvement initiatives in production and administrative processes using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques. This position works in a regulated medical‑device manufacturing environment and offers the chance to develop technical and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Value Stream Manager and Continuous Improvement team in Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Support 6S initiatives and help maintain a stable manufacturing foundation.
• Participate in Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping and other improvement activities.
• Help standardise processes and implement metrics to track cost reductions.
• Track annual operational targets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to layout design improvements at macro and micro levels.
• Create training materials and documentation, and take part in training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials, Electromechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement or related internships/co‑op programs.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level).
