Junior Associate Financial Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Associate Financial Accountant to support our finance team with month‑end close, intercompany balances, FMC controls and financial reporting for USMT entities. The role will operate under Publicis Groupe policies and contribute to the Shared Services Center’s client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and year‑end closing activities according to departmental timelines.
• Prepare and post moderate‑complexity journal entries for assigned USMT entities.
• Update and maintain financial reports for allocated accounts during the closing process.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and investigate related‑party transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare Financial Monitoring Controls (FMC) and upload them to the Blackline system.
• Support internal and external audit processes with accurate documentation.
• Participate in special projects such as process migrations and system implementations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 1–2 years of experience with the accounting cycle, intercompany processes and month‑end close.
• Proficiency in English (B2 oral and written).
