Junior Analyst, HR Operations GBS

About the role

Baxter is looking for a Junior Analyst to join its Global Business Services (GBS) HR Operations team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely and accurate HR support across a range of processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level HR support via phone, chat, email or ticketing systems on topics such as pre‑payroll, staffing, employee data, benefits and Workday processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, employee record updates, internal movements, exits and off‑boarding.
• Create, update and store HR documentation such as letters, contracts, amendments and employment records.
• Maintain Workday data integrity, support audits and generate reports.
• Participate in system enhancements, user acceptance testing, automation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs and employee handbooks.
• Share process‑improvement ideas and contribute to team decision‑making.
• Uphold quality standards and meet or exceed operational performance indicators.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday (transactions, business processes, reporting) – mandatory.
• Strong orientation toward process quality and compliance.
