About the role

The organization is seeking a senior leader to drive corporate Enterprise Architecture. The role will translate business dynamics, processes, structure, and strategy into a coherent, scalable architecture that supports the group's growth and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and govern the corporate Enterprise Architecture framework, establishing principles, policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Preside over architecture governance bodies and ensure traceability between corporate strategy, business capabilities, and technology initiatives.
• Align architecture with the group’s strategic objectives, advising senior management on structural business and technology decisions.
• Evaluate the architectural impact of strategic initiatives, prioritize evolution based on value, risk, and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture roadmap, ensuring coherence across project portfolios and approving or rejecting solution designs.
• Identify and promote simplification, standardisation, and modernisation opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate the Architecture team, defining roles, responsibilities, and work mechanisms while fostering capability development and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT Services, Information Security, Data, Project Management, and business units to ensure compliance with frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, DAMA, and relevant security and continuity standards.
• Represent the Architecture function in internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.
