Java Software Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Perform software development and deliver quality code following client‑prescribed technologies, guidelines and standards.
• Design and develop complete features, review technical specifications and test plans.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers and ensure completed tasks are fully tested.
• Fix bugs promptly, raise awareness of specification inconsistencies and propose technical solutions.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders to meet non‑functional requirements and create accurate task estimates.
• Attend client meetings, gather requirements and provide technical consultancy.
• Create high‑quality documentation, including technical design documents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reference material and seek peer review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining enterprise‑grade Java applications (Java 8+).
• Proven experience on high‑complexity projects and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication (advanced level, C1).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
