ITS Network Engineer I – Operations Management Center (OMC)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated ITS Network Engineer I to join our Operations Management Center (OMC) within Corporate Infrastructure Services. The role provides Tier II support for enterprise‑class networks, AV, and print services across corporate offices, acting as an escalation point for Tier I engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to office infrastructure (AV, print, network) within defined targets, using runbooks and technical judgment.
• Coordinate with ISPs, telecom carriers, and internal stakeholders to diagnose circuit issues, connectivity problems, and network outages.
• Communicate infrastructure health trends, participate in major incident bridges, and provide clear verbal and written summaries to leadership.
• Identify process improvements, document lessons learned, and support root‑cause analysis to enhance the office customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong motivation and ability to work independently in a collaborative, ambiguous environment.
• Experience providing Tier II support for large‑scale enterprise networks, AV, and print services.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for infrastructure hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Capability to coach Tier I engineers and drive operational changes with minimal supervision.
