IT Systems & Support Administrator (L2)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, customer‑focused IT Systems & Support Administrator (L2) to deliver frontline technical support and manage systems across multiple environments. You will be responsible for overseeing 800+ managed endpoints, administering Microsoft 365 tenants, and driving automation and infrastructure improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end user lifecycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, account provisioning, licensing, device deployment and asset tracking.
• Serve as primary contact for support tickets, phone and email requests, diagnosing hardware, software, networking and cloud issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 across several tenants, including Intune, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.
• Monitor and maintain 800+ endpoints via an RMM platform: deployment, patching, software distribution and retirement.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
• Support network infrastructure (UniFi), troubleshoot VPN, cloud storage and line‑of‑business applications, and assist with upgrades and migrations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration or MSP environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced settings and translate technical concepts for non‑technical users.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview).
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• RMM platform management for endpoint monitoring and patching.
• Network infrastructure knowledge (UniFi, VPN, cloud storage).
• Windows and macOS device support.
