IT Support & Operations Consultant IV

About the role

The IT Support & Operations Consultant IV is responsible for user provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise systems, resolving complex access issues, and ensuring compliance with access‑management standards. The role also provides oversight of team activities and consults on large‑scale, enterprise‑level projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level support for complex, sensitive problems with products and applications.
• Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning, documenting processes and workflows.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve highly complex user‑access issues.
• Coordinate resources, develop work plans, and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
• Escalate high‑priority incidents and follow incident‑escalation procedures.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation in the tracking system.
• Track performance indicators such as availability, capacity, and service‑request resolution.
• Support team development through knowledge sharing and feedback.
