IT Security Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Information Security Project Manager to lead multiple global initiatives. The role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, reporting, dashboard development, and a broad portfolio of cyber‑security and technology projects. You will ensure projects meet scope, quality, timeline, and compliance requirements while coordinating diverse, geographically dispersed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Produce and distribute comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for senior management.
• Facilitate meetings, resolve issues, and manage changes to scope, schedule, or resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Lead security assessments and obtain approvals before project go‑live dates.
• Build and manage cross‑functional teams from local and remote locations, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to form and guide distributed teams.
