IT Program Manager (Integrations & Strategy)

About the role

We are seeking a highly proactive IT Program Manager to lead multiple integration and strategy projects. The role requires strong ownership, proactive follow‑up, and the ability to translate high‑level ideas into polished presentations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Track multiple projects, timelines, dependencies, blockers, commitments, owners, and action items.
• Actively follow up with stakeholders, drive action items to completion, identify blockers, and find alternative paths when something is stuck.
• Provide concise recurring status updates to leadership and proactively report progress and issues.
• Take high‑level ideas from leadership, identify missing context, and create polished, leadership‑ready presentations.
• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams, understanding senior leaders’ priorities and communicating appropriately.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of prior technical program/project management experience.
• Demonstrated ownership and proactivity; cannot wait for direction.
• High‑level understanding of software‑development concepts such as APIs, SOAP, and REST.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant experience is prioritized.

Required skills

• Excellent PowerPoint skills for executive‑level presentations.
• Effective written communication in English.
