International Logistics Assistant

About the role

The International Logistics Assistant will manage the global distribution process, ensuring that international orders are confirmed, tracked, and delivered on time. The role combines order management, customer service, and support for reverse logistics, requiring flexibility for on‑call shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with global partners to monitor and track the distribution of materials.
• Confirm orders with partners worldwide and follow them through to final delivery.
• Provide global customer service using the Flash system, email, and phone.
• Update order status in the Flashtrac system for each shipment.
• Create new orders in Flashtrac as needed.
• Be available for on‑call shifts during nights or weekends, within legal and company limits.
• Support international reverse‑logistics processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, or Business Administration.
• Basic proficiency in Excel.
• English language level at least B2.
• Experience in customer support for service and logistics.
• Knowledge of international logistics processes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic Excel usage.
• Proficiency with the Flashtrac order‑management system.
