Interaction Design Specialist

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Service & Interaction Design Specialist to create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences. You will lead UX/UI strategy, translate complex requirements into clear design artifacts, and mentor junior designers in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead UX/UI strategy and execution across digital products, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Communicate design concepts, decisions, and intent effectively to stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Translate complex requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Guide and oversee user research activities to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across experiences.
• Apply Design Thinking, Agile principles, and structured problem‑solving approaches to design challenges.
• Ensure high‑quality, accessible, mobile‑first design outputs.
• Foster collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, promoting continuous learning and design excellence.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, User Research or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and interaction design work.
