Interaction Design Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Interaction Design Analyst to create user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs that communicate behavior and experience across multiple projects. The role supports leadership and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver design‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop user flows, interaction diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes from low to high fidelity.
• Design customer journeys and UI assets that align with business goals.
• Coordinate and execute design tasks across several concurrent projects.
• Support usability studies, both moderated and unmoderated, in‑person or remotely.
• Collaborate with research, content, and visual teams to ensure cohesive delivery.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in User Experience or Interaction Design.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Background in visual arts, graphic, industrial, service, or product design.
• Familiarity with Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to articulate needs, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with wireframing and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Competence in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Understanding of digital accessibility, design trends, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
