Intake Sales Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a confident, sales‑driven Intake Sales Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients of our personal injury law firm. Working remotely, you will convert qualified leads into signed clients by building trust quickly and guiding them through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Conduct high‑quality intake calls, gather case details, and assess eligibility.
• Build rapport, use consultative selling techniques, and address objections.
• Guide prospects toward signing contracts and support them through onboarding.
• Document all interactions and lead activity in the CRM and case‑management systems.
• Review and manage new leads, pending contracts, and follow‑up opportunities daily.
• Coordinate with legal and intake teams for smooth handoff after a client signs.
• Organize contracts, supporting documentation, and intake‑related files.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with strong persuasive abilities.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly and handle objections.
