Information Security Manager

About the role

The Information Security Manager will lead the vulnerability management program across multiple regions, ensuring that applications and infrastructure meet Fujitsu’s security standards. This role requires close collaboration with application owners, global IT teams, and external stakeholders to protect the organization’s assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the vulnerability management process in partnership with application owners and global IT resources.
• Develop strategic plans, track remediation actions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Advise application owners on vulnerability assessment, prioritisation, and remediation strategies.
• Support patch management and implement operating‑system level security measures together with technical teams.
• Conduct security inspections based on the Information Security Measures Standards (FGISS) and manage related requests from the Information Security Headquarters.
• Oversee security review projects and support the delivery of Fujitsu security initiatives within the region.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in information security, preferably in vulnerability management.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and security policies.
• Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management within a multinational environment.
• High communication skills to act as an interface between IT teams, application owners, and management.
