We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our Import/Export department. The role supports both US and Costa Rica teams, handling customer inquiries related to international trade.

- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Minimum 4 years experience in Import/Export
- Bachelor's degree in Customs, International Commerce, or Logistics
