Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Implementation Specialist will lead multiple client implementation projects for Fiserv products, guiding customers through analysis, configuration, training, testing, and support phases. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third‑party vendors to ensure successful deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects across phone, email, and web channels, managing timelines and multi‑phase deliverables.
• Track, document, and communicate all implementation activities for each client.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert, resolving product and technical issues of moderate complexity.
• Conduct client training sessions, presentations, and provide post‑implementation support, including occasional after‑hours assistance.
• Collaborate with other Implementation Analysts and Fiserv teams, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to senior management and maintain project tracking in Clarity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing customer‑facing projects or client support roles.
• Proven ability to manage client expectations, conduct meetings and presentations, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (advanced level, C1 or equivalent).
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
