IAM Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an IAM Developer to design, build, and maintain secure identity and access management solutions. You will work remotely with our LATAM team, collaborating across security, compliance, and infrastructure groups to protect digital identities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable IAM solutions, including provisioning, governance, and access‑management workflows.
• Integrate corporate directories, cloud platforms, and third‑party applications with the core IAM system.
• Configure and maintain Single Sign‑On (SSO), Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), and federated protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Automate user lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, off‑boarding) using low‑code tools, scripting, or APIs.
• Implement Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) and Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) architectures.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to meet data‑privacy regulations and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex identity incidents, system bugs, and integration issues.
• Develop custom connectors, scripts, and API integrations to extend platform functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM processes and configurations.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of security principles, access control models, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting and collaborate across distributed teams.
