Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager leads the full scope of HR functions, ensuring compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, payroll, and leadership coaching. This role drives continuous improvement and aligns HR programs with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the HR team to execute cultural, operational, and strategic goals.
• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies, manage internship programs, and develop vendor relationships.
• Coach managers on leadership development and high‑performing team building.
• Partner with Cretex on HR initiatives, project charters, and change implementation.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, wage and hour requirements, and company policies.
• Oversee payroll operations across multiple cycles, maintain HRIS data integrity, and manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Lead compensation planning, market analysis, internal equity reviews, and benefits surveys.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading an HR function for an operating company.
• Strong knowledge of local and country labor laws and regulations.
• Experience managing payroll, HRIS, and employee data systems.
• Ability to use lean tools and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills for managers and leadership.
