About the role
The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with management to drive employee engagement, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with legal standards. This role combines strategic analysis with hands‑on HR tasks to foster a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist management in conflict resolution and promote a collaborative environment.
- Define and uphold company ethics, values, and culture.
- Onboard new hires, handling immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2‑3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven experience onboarding employees and managing HR tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
