HR Operations Analyst (GBS)

About the role

The HR Operations Analyst (GBS) provides first‑level HR support to employees and managers worldwide. You will be the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, delivering accurate, customer‑focused service across onboarding, benefits, payroll, and policy questions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager queries via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems on topics such as pre‑payroll, staffing, benefits, and Workday processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations including onboarding, employee record updates, internal movements, exits, and off‑boarding.
• Create, update, and store HR documentation such as letters, contracts, amendments, and employment records.
• Maintain Workday data integrity, support audits, generate reports, and contribute to system enhancements, UAT, and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles, SOPs, and employee handbooks; share process‑improvement ideas and support team decision‑making.
• Uphold quality standards and consistently meet operational performance indicators.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday transactions, business processes, and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to follow structured processes.
