HR Manager – Lead Talent & Employee Relations

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function across its global operations. You will be responsible for overseeing hiring, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance while partnering with senior leadership on strategic HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Direct routine HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
• Develop and maintain compensation policies, benchmarked against industry and legislative standards.
• Manage employee benefit programs, monitor participation, and recommend improvements based on industry trends.
• Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company values and goals.
• Oversee HR information systems, ensuring accurate records of performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead performance management processes, talent development, succession planning, and off‑boarding.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee coaching, discipline, grievance resolution, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and global HR practices.
• Analyze HR metrics and reports to support data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR operations in a multi‑site or global environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and ability to ensure legal compliance.
• Experience designing and implementing compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.
• Ability to partner with senior leadership on strategic HR initiatives.
