Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support organizational goals.
- Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and labor‑related matters while ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Drive HR initiatives focused on talent retention, organizational culture, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development.
- Support the execution of HR programs and processes that enhance employee experience and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
