Head of Marketing – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to build and lead a high‑performing, AI‑enabled marketing organization that drives measurable revenue growth. This fully remote, full‑time role reports to the executive team and owns the company’s go‑to‑market strategy, demand generation, brand positioning and overall marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall go‑to‑market strategy, defining brand positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation.
• Own marketing pipeline generation, designing scalable demand‑generation initiatives across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships and events.
• Lead brand and content efforts, overseeing creation of case studies, sales‑enablement materials and thought‑leadership assets.
• Design and implement AI‑powered workflows, manage the marketing technology stack (CRM and automation platforms) and build reporting dashboards to track KPIs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing marketing team while collaborating closely with executive leadership, sales and strategic partners.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources based on ROI and business impact.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record building B2B demand‑generation programs that generate measurable pipeline.
• Experience leveraging AI to improve marketing productivity and scalability.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
