Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will report to the Commercial Director and lead the development and execution of comprehensive 360° marketing strategies to strengthen the institution’s market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and implement 360° marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyze target markets, competition and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, measure ROI and present performance reports to leadership.
• Track budget execution, negotiate rates with vendors and media outlets, and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for campaign delivery.
• Select and manage participation in external events, handling logistics, booths, materials and staff.
• Support content performance tracking (engagement, reach, leads).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or Advertising Design.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (desirable).
• Desirable B1 driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (desirable).
• Knowledge of media and market trends, vendor management and brand identity development.
