GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations & Data

About the role

You will own the end‑to‑end flow of leads through the go‑to‑market engine, ensuring data is enriched, standardized, scored and routed efficiently to BDRs and sellers. The role combines systems thinking, data fluency and automation, leveraging AI where possible to accelerate and improve reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain lead routing logic, lifecycle models and scoring systems in partnership with Sales Ops, RevOps and Marketing.
• Develop and execute data enrichment strategies using tools like ZoomInfo and Clay, and create automated hygiene workflows.
• Partner with Sales and BDR leadership to improve handoff processes and configure BDR workflow systems.
• Identify manual steps in lead management and replace them with AI‑assisted workflows, tracking impact on time saved and data quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years in marketing, revenue or sales operations, or GTM engineering in a B2B environment.
• Hands‑on experience with lead routing, lifecycle and scoring in CRM/marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo preferred).
• Strong documentation, communication and change‑management skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage projects.
