GTM Enablement Specialist

About the role

Snap Finance is looking for a motivated GTM Enablement Specialist to join its Enablement team in Costa Rica. You will act as the bridge between Sales and cross‑functional teams, ensuring new products, features and initiatives are launched smoothly and adopted by the field.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage GTM initiatives originating from Marketing, Product and Salesforce, coordinating launches, readiness checklists and communication plans.
• Lead change and adoption management for new tools, processes and products, delivering adoption reporting and post‑launch analysis.
• Gather, document and prioritize Sales business requirements, drive UAT and validate new features before release.
• Translate product release notes into clear, field‑ready messaging for the Sales organization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Change Management, Product Operations or a similar GTM role supporting Sales.
• 1+ years of experience working in a Sales‑oriented or people‑service environment (e.g., retail).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cross‑functional workstreams.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote and Teams.
• Project‑management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Wrike, Jira, Asana).
• Salesforce (Sales Cloud) from a user or business‑analyst perspective.
• Sales enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic or Showpad.
• Design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Canva Pro.
