Growth Partner – E‑commerce Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Partner to join our fully remote team and help clients scale their presence on Amazon and other major marketplaces. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data‑driven strategies to boost sales, improve visibility, and optimize operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 7‑9 client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Design and execute growth strategies for Amazon, Walmart, Mercado Libre, eBay and similar platforms.
• Oversee product catalogues, pricing, fulfillment (FBA/FBM) and advertising campaigns, including Amazon PPC.
• Analyze large data sets in Google Sheets to extract actionable insights.
• Lead client meetings, present results, and recommend next steps.
• Coordinate tasks using project‑management tools such as Asana or Trello.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts.
• Proven experience with at least one additional marketplace (Walmart, Mercado Libre, eBay).
• Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
