Groceries & Retail Growth Operations Manager

About the role

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Eats growth across the Andean, Caribbean, and Central America (ACAC) region. As a Consumer Growth Manager you will define and lead strategies for eater acquisition, retention, and engagement, partnering with local country teams and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional consumer growth strategy, designing and rolling out high‑impact initiatives tailored to each market.
• Coordinate and optimise growth and promotional budgets, ensuring efficient investment and measurable ROI.
• Analyse consumer metrics and marketplace dynamics, translate insights into actionable plans, and build performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Policy, Communications, and Central Strategy teams to accelerate regional growth initiatives and advocate for localized product improvements.

Required profile

• Immediate availability to work in a hybrid setting from Uber Eats offices in Costa Rica.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, investment banking, or a high‑growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to analyse data, develop strategic recommendations and execute in fast‑paced settings.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
