Global Procurement Process Analyst

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Global Procurement Process Analyst to support and enhance strategic sourcing initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with the Global Process Owner, procurement teams, IT, finance, and shared services to standardize and continuously improve global procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve global procurement processes in partnership with the Global Process Owner.
• Support Source-to-Pay (S2P) design, requirements gathering, and system enhancements.
• Drive project management for procurement enablement activities, ensuring alignment with cross‑functional teams.
• Monitor process performance, analyze spend data, and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Utilize SAP, Coupa, Ariba, ORO, and Tonkean to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Advanced degree with 3+ years, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in mid‑to‑large multinational companies.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across global matrix organizations.
• Ability to travel 25‑50% as needed.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
