Global Learning Experience Platform Manager

About the role

The Global Learning Experience Platform Manager will own the configuration, administration and continuous improvement of our Docebo‑based Dental Learning Management System. Acting as the functional expert, you will ensure the platform meets the needs of internal teams, partners and external audiences while delivering measurable learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Docebo LMS – set up users, groups, roles, permissions and learning catalogs.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to learners and administrators, maintaining system stability and high satisfaction.
• Manage platform branding, UI settings and design of learning experiences, including certifications, learning plans and audience enrollments.
• Collaborate with trainers to create, structure and publish courses, upload SCORM packages, videos, documents and micro‑learning assets, and ensure consistent taxonomy and tagging.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports on usage, completion, engagement and ROI; monitor adoption and recommend optimisations based on KPIs.
• Serve as primary liaison between global stakeholders, business units and external LMS vendors, translating business needs into clear platform requirements.
• Champion change by supporting rollout of new features, processes and best practices across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a Docebo LMS or similar learning platform in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Training, Education and other business units.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the main point of contact for global stakeholders and external partners.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting usage data to drive platform improvements.
