Global IT Project Manager – Device Lifecycle & Data Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Global IT Project Manager to lead a multi‑year initiative that modernises and manages the lifecycle of barcode scanners and Zebra printers across our worldwide manufacturing facilities. Working closely with the Global Program Owner, you will assess the current device fleet, analyse enterprise‑wide asset data and develop a strategic refresh roadmap while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of a global device lifecycle modernisation program, maintaining detailed project plans, timelines and resource allocations.
• Coordinate concurrent deployments across multiple manufacturing sites, managing risks, dependencies, issues and mitigation strategies.
• Collect, validate and analyse large datasets to establish a global device baseline, identify trends and recommend standardisation opportunities.
• Develop reporting dashboards and executive summaries to support strategic decisions.
• Engage with global business partners, plant leadership, application owners and infrastructure teams to define the least disruptive deployment strategy for each site.
• Facilitate planning sessions, status meetings and executive updates, ensuring clear communication among technical and business stakeholders.
• Design and implement a sustainable lifecycle management process, including governance, refresh standards and inventory management procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading enterprise‑level IT infrastructure or technology deployment projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, global programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning large data sets into actionable recommendations.
