Global Financial Controls Senior Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Global Financial Controls Senior Analyst to join our Cross‑Disciplinary Controls team. The role focuses on Records Management governance, ensuring policies and procedures are applied across the Finance Controller organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of Records Management requirements in line with applicable policies, standards and procedures.
• Review Controllers’ Records Management processes and key controls to ensure effective operating standards.
• Guide Controllers on proper execution of Records Management controls and help establish an enhanced governance framework.
• Deliver knowledge‑sharing sessions to Records Management staff.
• Monitor and coordinate incoming requests from Data Retention and Information Management teams.
• Assess control effectiveness and perform standard review and challenge procedures.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit or related control functions within financial services.
• Understanding of Citi’s Privacy and Responsible Information Management policies.
• Proven ability to identify, measure and report risks and develop controls.
• Strong analytical, communication and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
