About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact technology initiatives across Central America and the Caribbean. The role is based in Costa Rica with a hybrid work arrangement and requires regular travel to regional sites and client locations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close complex technology projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, acting as the primary liaison with clients, manufacturers, and strategic stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, applying both agile and traditional project‑management methodologies.
• Prepare and deliver regular status reports, steering‑committee presentations, and post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Valid PMP certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technology projects.
• Proven experience in regional or multinational environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with government‑related projects is a plus.
