About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the end‑to‑end business operations of our fleet‑based company. The role focuses on profitability, fleet utilization, revenue management and customer satisfaction across all branches and sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations, ensuring targets for profitability, fleet utilization, revenue and client satisfaction are met.
• Design and execute revenue‑management and pricing strategies to optimize rates, vehicle occupancy and segment profitability.
• Plan and coordinate logistical distribution of the fleet, guaranteeing vehicle availability and efficient allocation to market demand.
• Oversee maintenance, workshop and vehicle preparation activities, minimizing downtime and maximizing fleet productivity.
• Manage operational budgets and expense control, identifying cost‑saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Direct branch performance and operational teams, ensuring compliance with service standards and financial results.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies for fleet sales and renewals, collaborating with sales, marketing and strategic suppliers.
• Lead operational improvement and innovation projects, promoting process optimisation, scalability and corporate policy adherence.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in logistics, vehicle sales and/or maintenance, with at least 5 years in managerial positions.
• Experience in automotive, hospitality or airline sectors is desirable.
• Proficient English (minimum B2 level) – mandatory.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, leadership, planning and results‑orientation.
