Generalist Process Operator I

About the role

We are looking for a Generalist Process Operator I to join our production facility. In this entry‑level position you will work across various areas of the plant, operating machinery, handling bulk materials and supporting the production of high‑quality products while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mechanical equipment and mobile powered tools such as forklifts, skid loaders, sit‑down floor sweepers and front‑end loaders.
• Load and unload bulk materials, package products, and perform terminal operations.
• Monitor computerized control systems, record production and inventory data, and make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues, collaborating with the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Adapt to different work areas to ensure production targets are met and throughput is maximized.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures and guidance with frequent supervision.
• Willingness to learn operating procedures and provide feedback on documentation.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented production setting.
