FX & Treasury Analyst, Staff

About the role

The FX & Treasury Analyst supports the global currency management function, working closely with the Manager of Capital Markets and Treasury teams. The role involves analyzing balance‑sheet positions, recommending hedge strategies, and assisting with cash investment and repatriation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Gather projected balance‑sheet data and support hedge strategy recommendations in line with the company’s FX risk policy.
• Analyze forecast reports and produce monthly and annual FX rate summaries.
• Assist with global foreign cash investments and coordinate cash repatriation planning.
• Support issuance of Letters of Credit and maintain related documentation.
• Cross‑train and back‑up cash‑management staff on daily cash desk, funding, and liquidity reconciliation tasks.
• Review and initiate wire transfers, monitor cash receipts, and determine borrowing/investment positions.
• Prepare cash‑flow reports, conduct banking administrative tasks, and provide ad‑hoc Treasury support.
• Develop financial models to aid senior leadership in strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or accounting (MBA a plus).
• 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, Financial Reporting or a related discipline.
• Experience with FX hedging and global balance‑sheet analysis is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• High integrity, excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite.
