Full Stack Engineer (React + Kotlin) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients. You will collaborate daily with designers and engineers, building modern front‑end applications that integrate seamlessly with JVM‑based back‑ends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive React front‑ends using hooks, state management, and component architecture.
• Design, implement, and scale backend services and APIs in Kotlin and Java.
• Integrate front‑end and back‑end systems following RESTful and micro‑services principles.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimise code for scalability and reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Completed four‑year college degree.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience with large, complex systems and Agile team environments.
