Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Founding Growth Marketer to help Base360 reach short‑term rental operators and property‑management companies, turning attention into demo bookings, qualified leads, and customers. You will own growth channels, experiment quickly, and build our growth engine from the ground up while working directly with the founder.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, set strategy, launch campaigns, and be accountable for results.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry partnerships.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; scale what works and discard what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI for research, copywriting, targeting, content production, and automation.
• Build and optimise funnels and landing pages to improve conversion from first impression to paying customer.
• Collaborate with the founder on positioning, messaging, and translating product capabilities into compelling reasons for operators to choose Base360.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution, and communicate insights.

• Fast learner who can quickly pick up new growth channels and tools.

• AI‑savvy, using modern tools to test ideas and automate repetitive work.
• Resourceful and self‑directed, able to achieve goals without detailed instructions.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insights into action.
• Commercially focused, measuring success by qualified demand and customers rather than just impressions.
