About the role
The Food Runner will deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests, ensuring accuracy, timing, and exceptional service throughout the dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to tables, confirming correctness and presentation.
- Coordinate timing with the kitchen and monitor cooking times.
- Assist servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest experience.
- Maintain a stocked and organized service station.
- Handle special requests, allergies, and food modifications.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior food and beverage experience (preferred).
- Food Handlers Card or ServSafe certification (preferred).
