Flower Shop Administrator & Event Coordinator

About the role

Artflower is looking for a responsible, organized and creative professional to run the daily operations of its floral boutique at JW Marriott Costa Elena and to coordinate events and special projects throughout the property. The role combines boutique management with event‑level floral design support in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the floral shop’s daily operations, including order intake, processing, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
• Provide warm, attentive customer service to hotel guests, residents, restaurants and other clients.
• Maintain accurate sales records, inventory of flowers, plants, vases and decorative items, and coordinate replenishment with the Artflower head office.
• Ensure the boutique is clean, organized and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Promote Artflower products and identify sales opportunities within the hotel.
• Coordinate weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and special hotel functions, acting as the liaison between Artflower’s main office and JW Marriott event teams.
• Review event requirements, timelines and floor plans; schedule deliveries, installations and breakdowns.
• Conduct final visual inspections and assist the design team with on‑site styling.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and detail‑oriented.
• Strong eye for design, aesthetics and visual presentation.
• Comfortable working in a luxury hospitality and event environment.
• Excellent communication skills with hotel departments such as Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Relations, Events and F&B.
