Financial Reporting Analyst – GL & Accounting

About the role

This position supports Bacardi's Finance Organization and Operations team by managing General Accounting and Financial Reporting processes for a portfolio of legal entities. The analyst ensures accurate, timely financial information each period through daily cash activities, allocations, accruals, FX revaluation, and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate month‑end close activities for assigned legal entities.
• Reconcile daily bank accounts with SAP and post manual statements.
• Perform foreign‑exchange rate revaluation, analysis, and posting.
• Create, review, and post recurring journal entries, accruals, allocations, reclassifications, amortizations, write‑offs, and payroll entries.
• Clear general‑ledger accounts and net VAT accounts.
• Execute reconciliations for cash, prepaid, accruals, advances, equity, capital, suspense, retained earnings, and receivables.
• Carry forward ledgers for fiscal year‑end and manage profit‑center corrections.
• Maintain internal controls and communicate with internal Bacardi clients to ensure proper delivery.
