Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

About the role

Genpact is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor to join its OPEX team. The role will support Finance Business Partners and BP&A GBS leadership with end‑to‑end operating expense management, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full GBS operating expense management process.
• Lead planning, forecasting and budgeting for assigned business units or functions (headcount and non‑labor).
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Center of Excellence and functional finance partners.
• Maintain financial planning models, develop forecasts, trends and performance‑management commentary.
• Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports using globally standardized tools.
• Prepare or approve monthly journal entries, including inter‑company charge‑outs.
• Track actual performance versus plan and provide analysis for management decisions.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and share best practices across the organization.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching and development for analyst team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Proven finance experience in planning, budgeting, financial analysis, month‑end close and reporting.
• Accounting background is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team supervision and coaching.
